Welcome to traditional martial arts training.  We are very pleased that you have decided to start or continue your journey of self discovery with us.  We have a lot to offer you and we are sure you will come to appreciate your new found art.  Youn Wha Ryu is an art where modern cross training meets traditional martial arts structure.  We pride ourselves on hard training and Christian values.  We believe that one teaches best by example and you will come to learn we will never ask of you what we are not willing to do ourselves.  We will earn your trust and respect through countless hours of instruction and understanding.  We will respect you for the courage to begin your journey and the persistence to see it through, whatever your level or ability.

The training starts and ends based on your desire to achieve.  Once you have made up your mind to start, do not give up.  There is no short cut to any place worth going. 

Throughout the training you will notice changes in your body and personality.  You will become more confident, faster, more lean and agile.  However, constant improvement requires constant effort so keep your training consistent and at a good intensity level.
