SCHOOL KARATE DEMO DAY

AMMA SCHOOL KARATE DEMO DAY Program teaches martial arts as a PE class for area schools to the students of all ages.
		We bring in our certified instructors to teach in a positive way these SIX PRINIPLES: Be Polite Be Patient Be Alert Be Brave, Do Your Best & Respect Yourself and Others
While having fun learning a few things about martial arts. Our Instructors work with kids showing a few of the kicks and blocks. Then we will do a short demonstration of the advance level forms and break a few boards. It's a great way we can give back to our community and share with kids the joy we have for martial arts.
